Teachings from GS in both relationship and embodiment practice heavily influences our teachings. We have built collaboration with GS by offering access to the embodiment practice library through his portal and also are collaborating on working together to host virtual bootcamp classes. We also refer clients to some of the retreats and onsite clinics hosted by GS and his team.

What Is Personal Performance Consulting and Who is it for?


Personal Performance Consulting works with you to implement solutions into your life to help maintain peak performance so that you can handle all the stressors we carry as high achieving individuals and the toll it takes on our system.

This starts with Fitness, Nutrition and Supplementation as the cornerstone because you have to put your body in a position to operate at peak performance before you can tackle the other containers. You have to have balance and sustainable solutions in this that fit your lifestyle in order to have consistency and fuel yourself properly. You need to have a detailed personalized plan to accomplish this in order to have any level of consistency and success.

Next we typically address sleep, breathwork, and embodiment practices to help with the mental and recovery side. Our mental health and cognitive function is so critical to our daily lives as high achievers and executives and while we can boost performance through nutrition and supplementation we have to incorporate sleep and mental work at the core. Embodiment practices help keep us grounded and give us the mental clarity needed to function at a very high level.

From there once we have an established base we can tackle other things like lifestyle coaching, relationship coaching, and much more utilizing our network and collaborations. This is why it is critical to do goal setting and spending some time with you to get a clear picture of what Peak Performance means to you.

About Me

I am a retired USMC Veteran and dad of 3. I was a High School and College Division 1 athlete in football and have been involved in athletics in some aspect or another my whole life. I spent my post military career working in IT Security working with executives of Fortune 500 companies and had been an athletic coach for the better part of 15 years before retiring from athletic coaching.

I am now retired and have dedicated myself to Fitness Consulting, Mentoring, Leadership, Nutrition, Life/Relationship Coaching, and Embodiment Practices, specifically to motivated business professionals, executives, and CEO's and helping guide high functioning and highly driven individuals operate at their peak performance through those practices due to their highly demanding

lifestyle. I am fully NASM Certified in multiple disciplines and have invested tremendously in some of the best coaches in the world to mentor under.

My story has all of the twists and turns along the way. I endured a catastrophic spinal injury that cut my military career short. I have since built a successful corporate career, managed people, multi million dollar sales territories, worked directly with C-Level executives and large scale projects. So I personally understand the lifestyle and the demands that are placed on high functioning driven individuals. I let the stresses of life, work, parenting, relationships, marriages, and divorce wear me down physically and mentally. I then had my awakening and I spent the better part of 5 years completely rebuilding myself physically and mentally. Through Mentorships, Education, Coaching, and Investing in Myself, Mentally and Physically I have become stronger than I ever thought possible through a journey of education, fitness, nutrition, meditation and embodiment practices.

I wake up with the goal of being the best version of myself everyday and have put my body and mind in a position to be able to keep up.

NuME was actually completely by chance and was a bi product of my own personal journey. I worked with and mentored under some of the best coaches in the industry, invested in my education and certifications, again for my own personal benefit and as others started to watch my transition, they asked what the secret was. I started working with a few executives that I had previous business relationships with and realized how much knowledge and information I was sitting on and realized how incredibly selfish it was to not share that information with others. So I spent the next year building technology and delivery systems to work with clients that needed efficiency and for solutions to be highly mobile, utilized my network and built collaborations and thus NuME was born.
